On the weekend of August 13, 2005, Jeff
Osborn traveled to Texas as a guest of the Church of God Big
Sandy. Jeff spoke to the headquarters congregation of the Church
of God International (CGI) in Tyler, Texas in the morning; he then spoke
to the Church of God Big Sandy congregation in the afternoon, after
which he conducted an interactive Bible Discussion. The subject of
Jeff's messages focused on Jesus Christ's instructions to make disciples
and the foundational teachings of Jesus Christ. You can listen to
the messages "Go
You Therefore..." and "Read
The Red Parts" online - or you can request
a cassette tape copy.

Nevills
Jake
Nevills and Amy Lincoln were married Friday evening, September 3,
2004, at Spring Mill State Park. The wedding and reception took
place out in the park. It was a beautiful setting - and the bride
and groom were both quite stunning.
The newly
weds left the next day to honeymoon in Hawaii for a week followed
by a slightly longer trip to the mountains of Colorado.
Jake said
not to expect to see them at church for the next month or so. Congratulations
Jake and Amy! |

A Sign Of Progress

In order to prominently display the 10 Commandments on our new sign, we ordered the sign
with blank "stone tablets" and Teri
Osborn painted in the words (on both sides of the sign).
Our church is dedicated to the service of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
We continually strive to be a productive part of the
Body of Christ.
Join us each Saturday afternoon at 2:30PM
to share in the Joy, the Peace and the Power of God's Love.
