The Church of God Big Sandy is a sabbath keeping congregation of the Church of God located in Big Sandy, Texas. They have a core group of believers that live in the surrounding areas of East Texas that attend with them weekly, and also have an even larger base of supporting believers that are scattered far and wide.

The purpose of this site is to shine the Light of God's Word, the light of common sense, and the light of open investigation of the facts on certain doctrines, ministries, and teachers. Those who come here to see these things in the light can thus make their own evaluation of whether these doctrines, ministries, and teachers should be accepted as being from the Lord.

In the words of our Lord, Jesus Christ (quoting Deuteronomy 6:4-5 and Leviticus 19:18): "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.'
