Christian Educational Ministries (CEM)
Christian Educational Ministries was founded in November, 1995 as a service ministry with two major goals. First, in the hearts of all Christian people is the imperative to share the Gospel with the world, to evangelize, to make disciples for Jesus Christ. Second, it is our desire to teach those who are disciples of Jesus all that He commanded His disciples to do (Matthew 28:19-20).

Child of God Rescue
Our mission is to provide an opportunity for fatherless and orphan children to live, to grow, and to learn. The motto that we hold at our core is "If you give a man a fish, he will eat for a day. If you teach a man to fish, he will eat for the rest of his life." Church of God Rescue aims to give these children the tools to be successful.
Child of God Rescue was created out of the great need for help that orphaned and fatherless children face on a day to day basis. Our name was chosen because of our belief in the value of children and the innate connection that exists between God and all those little ones who appear to have no one. This work began in 2007 and is a registered 501c3 organization in the United States. Our mission is to help fatherless and orphaned children thrive.
Our organization provides a home for 30 orphans named the Faithful Children Center. We also run a primary school called Wisdom Academy that provides an education to 200 local destitute children. Both our orphanage and school are located in Ogembo, Kenya. In America, we have the Mbuya Mono Outreach Program which works with local schools to teach the lesson of gratitude to American children.
We are committed to making this work excellent for the children and transparent to the supporters. Regular updates, photos, video, and communication will be posted on our website and social media channel. Bi-yearly letters will be sent to those who are friends of the effort. We want people to be able to know how deeply important their involvement is. If you possess the conviction to help orphans and fatherless children, please join our effort. God Bless.

They have a core group of believers that live in the surrounding areas of East Texas that attend with them weekly, and also have an even larger base of supporting believers that are scattered far and wide.
